Call Center Girl

Akala ng iba, Being a Call Center Representative is, Okay na, Akala nila, Super dali lang. Akala nila pethics lang, Ayun nga lang ang akala nila, Ang hindi nila alam, Working in a call center company is full of challenges.

Let me share you my story:

 When i started working in a BPO Company, Syempre, Na excite ako, Bata palang kasi ako, I dream to work in Call Center Industy. Kasi sabi nila, kapag nasa call center ka, mabilis ang pera, (Oo, pwede) Sabi nila, sobrang gaan lang, kakausapin mo lang yung Client, tapos okay na, May pera ka na, But i was wrong. Napaka Challenging pala maging isang agent (Agent kasi ako). I've learned that iba't iba pala klase ang pagiging call center representative. Natutunan ko na iba't ibang field pala sya, may (Sales, Support, Inbound/Outbound, Data Analyst and etc,) then doon ako napunta sa field ng pinaka mahirap, ang pagiging Sales agent, I thought being a sales agent was the same as a sales lady in the mall or store or in the market, but what i have learned was, Being a sales agent in the Call Center Industry, there are five sins na possible mo magawa, magkabenta ka lang.
The Gambling, Lying,Scamming, Acting, Fraud. But syempre, di ko naman lahat ginawa yan. Honestly speaking, Lying and Acting. Yun ginawa ko yun, Wala e. Kelangan kong maka survive kasi kung hindi, matatanggal na agad ako. Syempre sa kagustuhan ko na hindi matanggal, syempre i'll find the way not to be fired. Then i did it. I passed the training period, Umabot ako ng one month being a sales agent. Naisip ko, kaya ko pa ba? Parang di ko na kaya e, Buti nalang nag-launch yung bago namin campaign, at the same time, nag shut down yung shift namin sa gabi, kasi natumal na yung benta, then we asked to choose, kung lilipat ba kami dun sa bagong campaign or mananatili ako sa campaign na yun, but change shift na. Then i decided na mag try naman ng bago. Naisip ko gusto ko ng bagong field. then yun nga, akala ko magiging sales ulit ako, but i found out, di na, then i became a Lead Generation Specialist in the new campaign. Mas magaan naman sya kesa sa sa pagiging Sales Agent kasi, di ka magbebenta, kumbaga apointment setting lang, pero, syempre mahirap din sya. kasi kelangan namin ma-hit yung goal namin. Ilang bwan din wala ako napa convert na sales, halos susuko na ako, kasi nahihirapan na ako maghanap ng kausap, lahat not interested, busy, hang up, voicemail and disconnected. naisip ko na talaga mag resign, kaso naparealize nila sakin na hindi dapat, Naging leadgen ako ako for almost more than 7 months, and i would say na, challenging din sya, but thank god kasi na survive ko sya. Then siguro, yung pagiging leadgen ko, eh nagtapos na, kumbaga graduate na ako, then i was transferred to another campaign naman, dito naging maginhawa na yung buhay ko, hindi na kasi ako nagtatawag, process process nalang order.Naging Support na ako or Verifier. parang promoted na rin. Sobrang nagpasalamat ako syempre kasi nakapunta ako sa level na 'to, dahil sa tyaga, sipag, at pasensya, at least worth it lahat ng pinahirapan ko. Ngayon, Okay na ako :)

To cut the story short- Simple lang, Hindi basta basta ang pagtatrabaho sa Call Center, pero kahit ganun kahit mahirap, MASAYA. ΓΌ
